All recorded material are the property of Magic On Hold and licensed for rebroadcast over the end user's telephone system for a period one year. Each subsequent year thereafter, the end user will be invoiced for a license fee of $105 per year per location. Magic On Hold is responsible for all music licensing and talent fees.
